Our default and most popular transcription type is Clean Verbatim which comes without time stamps. But we also have three other options as laid out below:

Transcription excludes utterances such as:

FULL VERBATIM
​
Transcription includes all utterances such as:
um, uh huh, mmhm … etc.
Does not include non-verbal audio such laughter, crying, emotions or pauses.
TIME STAMPS
Every 2 minutes or more.
TIME STAMPS
On each change of speaker.
